Welcome to Cedar Retreats – North Yorkshire, a natural retreat surrounded by beautiful North Yorkshire countryside where a warm and friendly welcome awaits you. On arrival you will be greeted by one of our staff and shown to your Retreat. Our self-catering accommodation is contemporary and stylish and a host of activities on your doorstep.
Our Retreats are currently 2 or 3 bedroom offering the highest quality accommodation with fully fitted kitchens, open plan living with French doors onto private decking and private hot tub. Ideal for romantic getaways or family breaks each Retreat comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further double bedrooms with shared family bathroom.
Cedar Retreats are the ideal bolthole for those who want to enjoy a tranquil break or outdoor living with a variety of activities on the doorstep. Whether you would like to take a stroll into the beautiful village of West Tanfield just 5 minutes away, a walk down the river, lunch in one of the village pubs; or action further afield with Heritage sites such as Fountain’s Abbey and Newby Hall; adventure parks like Lightwater Valley and Aerial Extreme, fishing, horse riding, golf or one of the many walks the Yorkshire Dales has to offer.
Situated 6 miles from Ripon and just 10 minutes off the A1 Cedar Retreats North Yorkshire is set in 6 acres of beautiful countryside with a lake at its centre. Our Retreats are fully equipped and beautifully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing break.
Our team are in place to ensure you have a relaxing break with all your requirements catered for 24/7, 365 days a year.
They will be there to meet and greet you upon arrival, ensure you have everything you require and provide local knowledge on where to go and things to do in the village of West Tanfield and further afield.
